Recipe: Super Easy Chia Seed Pudding

Recipe: Super Easy Chia Seed Pudding

Many of our patients ask us for ideas on how to satisfy their sweet tooth without going overboard with sugar. This simple recipe is naturally sweetened and can be customized to suit your taste buds. You can use honey in place of the maple syrup if you prefer, or add some yummy unsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolate-y treat. If you are cleansing, try swapping a few drops of stevia in place of the maple syrup.

Kids love this healthy dessert and will find it especially fun if they can help you prepare it. For a kid-friendly version, add all ingredients to a wide-mouth glass jar and cover tightly with the lid. Let the kids take turns shaking it up until it is thoroughly combined.
